• All sales are final – we do not offer refunds on intimate apparel – If for some reason you want to return an unworn item you can follow the return policy listed below – We do offer online credit for items returned in original packaging requested within 7 days as listed in our return policy.

Return Policy

• We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your items to request a return. 
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with BornNaked tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or your proof of purchase. 
• To start a return please contact our support team at info@bornnakedbeauty.com  If your return is accepted you will receive instructions on where to send back your package.
