How do I contact Customer Service?

What payment options are available?
We accept all major credit cards.

Do you ship to Post Office Boxes?
Yes, we ship packages to PO Boxes. Please make sure that the numbers are entered correctly. BornNaked does not hold responsibility for packages that state have been delivered. Please refer to our shipping policy for additional information.

How do I care for my BornNaked Sleepwear?
To keep your BornNaked loungewear looking great wash after wash, please follow these instructions:

  • Turn loungewear inside out. Machine wash cold. Use gentle cycle.
  • Do not iron print or embroidered areas.
  • Avoid drying your garments in a dryer, as this type of drying can be damaging. Instead, lay flat and drip-dry for preservation and a long life.
  • If you use a dryer, tumble dry on low heat setting.

Where do I find my Order Confirmation?
You will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder, and add info@bornnakedbeauty.com to your favorites.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will work fast in replacing your defective item and cover the shipping to send it back to you.

Exchanges 
If you would like to exchange an item for size, please contact our support team at info@bornnakedbeauty.com for authorization. Please subject your email EXCHANGE ONLY.  To be considered, exchanges must be requested within 48 hours of receipt of deliverance and items must be in new condition (un-worn with BornNaked tags and labels attached).
